MASTERS DEGREE CURRICULUM OVERVIEW, Westminster College, Salt Lake City I have completed course requirements for a Master of Professional Communication degree at Westminster College in Salt Lake City. Areas of emphasis were ethics, media and American democracy, Web-site design and management, teaching technical and professional writing, visual communication, project management, and organization development. Several student projects, including an example of a syllabus and a prototype of a final project incorporating design and editing concepts, were specifically intended as pedagogy for college-level instruction in communication and/or journalism. I have developed PowerPoint shows to complement a range of instruction topics, such as visual ethics and design basics.
